Recently, I purchased a Toyota from Jaffarian Toyota. To me, purchasing a new vehicle is difficult. I dreaded the process. To my surprise, my experience at Jaffarian Toyota exceeded my expectations, in every way. When Jaffarian handed me the keys to my new ride, I was so relieved. Everything that I was promised was provided, and the procedure was smooth and painless. No Surprises. My only regret is that I can't use Jaffarian for my scheduled maintenance, due to logistics. I was very, very, pleased with my experience with Jaffarian.

I had to buy a new car and I wasn’t looking forward to it because I loved my old car but it was in an accident so I went in and Fernando greeted me with a big smile and he was very friendly and he was very patient. I test drove two cars and he helped me every step of the way. I’m not that tech savvy with these new cars and he showed me everything and set my phone up to remote start and do all those tech things and it was a real pleasure working with him. And after I picked up my car, he told me that if I had any issues, didn’t know how to work something in my car to give him a call. It was very nice customer service. I got a great deal and I love my new car.

Had an exceptional experience purchasing a new car with Joseph O’Dwyer. He was extremely personable and helpful. During the test drive, he took the time to show all of the features. He made the whole process very easy and provided regular updates while I waited for the car to come in. When the car arrived at the dealership, he helped to deliver it to me in NH. He also waited at the town hall while I registered the car to assist with putting on the new plates after. He also delivered new floor mats to me as well! Wonderful service all around! Would highly recommend!

The entire staff a jaffarian of Toyota are standard for what a Toyota dealership should be. They are pleasant, polite and professional. They act like they appreciate your business and are straight forward professionals. I wouldn’t hesitate to use agin or recommend. So dealerships have become way too flagrant wt model mark ups. These people want to sell vehicles and earn your business. Not gouge you for every dollar possible.

The minute we walked into Jaffarian's we were greeted by Gus. We were in the market for a 2026 Toyota Crown Signia Limited.
