After moving farther away from work, the commuter rail wasn't going to cut it for transporting my equipment. So, my wife and I went to the local Toyota dealership. Joe Dwyer was the sales rep who helped us make our ultimate decision. Joe, as well as anyone who I dealt with at the dealership were extremely courteous and eager to help. I meant to write a review after after I bought a used 2020 Subaru WRX from Jaffarian, but procrastinated it for so long that I'm now doing a one year review. The purchase process was about as painless as these things go. Scheduled a test drive, liked it, and started the purchase process with Luis Perez. I live in Maine, and Luis kindly picked me up from the train station when I came back to pick up the car the following week. They provided me with full service records for the car, including collision damage that they had repaired. (I still haven't found any sign of the damage or repair.) Mechanical inspection by my trusted local mechanic uncovered no issues, and when I did my second state inspection with them last week, they commented on the excellent condition of the car. I also performed lube oil analysis when I changed the oil last over the summer, and that revealed no problems other than slightly elevated silicon from an air filter that needed replacing. Otherwise, no problems other than slight surface rust on the subframes that I had already noticed prior to purchase - nothing much beyond what I would expect for a car that had been daily driven in New England for four years. Easily fixed this with a little grinding, paint, and undercoating. I should also mention that the car received a truly top-notch clean and detail between purchase and pickup. Overall, an excellent buying process, and I've been extremely happy with the car. I would certainly be willing to do business with them again.
